Weigh In-Week 1

This week has been disappointing. We have been so busy running around that I have not even had time to work out. It's really hard to do that when my husband is at home and when we are running all over town.

This week's weigh in: 161.4

Well, the good thing is there was NO gain. The bad thing is -- there was NO loss. Maybe next week I will see some results as I finally get my act together and make a menu plan out for myself so I can keep track of my eating.
