It's Time to Stop Procrastinating

I have been wanting to do this for a while, but I just never felt like I could keep an online journal of my weight loss fight. I finally decided to bite the bullet and just do it.

I will be documenting my weight loss journey here every day--my thoughts, my feelings, my meals, my exercise, and everything. It's basically an online accountability so that I can lose the weight I need to.

So where am I at on the scale?


Today marks the beginning of a change for me. Change in my thinking and change in my lifestyle. Whether anyone wants to change with me or not, I will be changing.

I am so ready for the new me to emerge, but I have a lot of work ahead of me to get there.

  1. I know you're busy with another blog as well as this one but I hope you'll look around the weight loss blogs - there is a terrific support system out there! Some of my best "friends" are people I've never met.
