Goals For This Week

I have 2 major goals I am wanting to accomplish this week. So far, I have not done very well (been trying since Monday and this is already Wednesday).

1--I want to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I realize on the days that I do drink enough water that my body is starving for water. So, I am hoping that I can get my water intake up so that I can begin having a healthier lifestyle.

2--My goal for working out to start with is at least 30 minutes of walking a day. My treadmill and I are becoming best friends this week--hopefully.

My other goal that I have is I want to start making menu plans that allow me and my family to have a healthier dinner and me to have a healthier breakfast and lunch.
